1994 – 1999 Post-graduate Study, Candidate of History Science (Equivalent to PhD), International Relations Faculty Saint- Petersburg State University, Saint-Petersburg, Russia.

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE                                                 

1994 - 2000 Lecturer, International Relations Department, Western University, Baku, Azerbaijan.

2000-2001 Lecturer, University of Nebraska, Omaha, USA.

2002-2004 Political Assistant to Ambassador, Spokesman, Embassyof State of Israel to Azerbaijan, Baku, Azerbaijan.

2004-2008 Second and First Secretary, Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Georgia, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2008-2010 First Secretary, Acting Head of Press Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan 

2010 -2011 Head of Press Department, Spokesman, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2012 -2016 Ambassador Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of South Africa, Angola, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Lesotho.
